how can indexeddb be offline

well, you can actually make offline app with html stored locally, but not much use because the origin will allways be only the local machine

you can also load the page then go offline and continue working until you close the browser tab, but I wouldnt call it "offline app"

I dont like how I wrote it, hope you get the idea and write it better.
