  • add vtiger version 8.3.0
  • fix vtiger container crash on first db import
    • sleep while build in vtiger-install.sh
    • add container order for production in docker-compose.yml (see commit 36b4b5b)
    • use docker build --progress=plain for full output of build process for better debugging in Makefile
