h:link (HtmlCommandLink) does not support converters

The HtmlCommandLink component does not provide javax.faces.convert.Converter support to convert the displayed output-text, neither as attribute nor as child (e.g. f:validator).

But I seem to remember that there is no way to specify a converter for the label of a <h:commandButton>.

Thanks for the hint! However, I think, having a converter attribute is sort of common and should be present on all components rendering an output text, right?
