Not sure, what to do with the other issues, but if this repository is for review only, shouldn't it be archived like many others, especially those that went to EE4J now?
This repository should not be moved to EE4J. Codemodel code is part of jaxb-v2 repository: https://github.com/javaee/jaxb-v2/tree/master/jaxb-ri/codemodel/codemodel/src/main/java/com/sun/codemodel
It is probably included in github/javaee accidentally.
