Support for multiple accounts

Yeah, this has been under consideration for a while. Unfortunately, the OAuth2 library that I use for authenticating with Google (specifically, gtm-oauth2) doesn't support multiple accounts. Multiple-account support doesn't seem to be any sort of priority to the gtm-oauth2 folks, so it's possible that we could switch to a different OAuth2 client implementation (such as, for example, nxtbgthng's implementation), but that would require quite a bit of restructuring of the authentication flow.

It may come eventually, but I'm not sure how much time I can devote to it. I'll leave this open though, and next time I do a major rewrite, I'll look into alternatives to gtm-oauth2.
