Multiple account Issue

Open Drayak335 opened this issue 6 years ago • 0 comments

Feature Request

Handle Multiple accounts within the same login.

Feature Description

After I transferred my service from a previous home, when I login to the page it shows multiple accounts and by default it uses the very first account that I had. By default it tries to get the usage in that account however there is no service in that account anymore, what I have found is that after login if I manually click the drop down and select the new account it will get the data, however if I don't switch the account it wont work.

Use Cases

I have called Xfinity support asking to remove the old accounts, but they say its not possible, I have asked them to make this the new to be the default, but still no luck.
