This error message is kind of unhelpful. Just a little bit more info would go a long way, like No valid Swift toolchain was found at this path. Expected to find /bin/sourcekit-lsp but none were found.

In my specific case, I had to change my path to /home/jtaubner/swift/usr so that it would find /bin/sourcekit-lsp
