feat: New nitro binary file for older CPU generation

Problem Some users now use older generation of CPU, we need to build an additional nitro bin file for these machines end integrate that to Jan App

Success Criteria

  • a new bin file for nitro with older version of CPU suppored
  • intergrate to Jan app successfully
