Add Statue.dev to generators/

Hello! We're working on a Svelte static site generator called Statue and recently put up https://statue.dev for it. It allows developers to install and launch a static site from a single command and immediately start building. Content can be written in markdown, and modifying the site involves editing the auto-generated Sveltekit site created based on the template used when running npx statue init
