Commands appear truncated?

When running a script, sometimes the commands that botsh writes appear to be truncated. For example, a bash loop will be missing the done; command, seemingly because it's run out of space to write it. Is this an issue with the GPT output? Perhaps a problem in Docker?

Hi Dean, thanks for reporting this. Are you able to recreate this while recording a transcript using --save-transcript and attach it here?
