Host Encoder Failed to Initialize

Host GPU: Nvidia 3060 Guest GPU: AMD 280x

It seems the device within guest is not working properly. you can check the device manager make sure the GPU is not have a yellow mark.

@PeterTucker Only RDNA GPUs will work because of hardware limitations of virtualization

but 6800xt still fail to initiate the encoder in VM while works in physical PC.
