/system/libexec/frcode: not found

I do not have such an application on my phone, and you do not have such a file on the pool. Could you give me everything you need?

I'm confused, is there something wrong with one of the tools in the repo (many may be out of date), or are you asking for the binary "frcode"? If the latter, I'm not sure what that binary is. :)
