"Wireless Keyboard Battery 1%" Notification when using Surface Pen after reboot

Distro: Fedora 31 w/ linux-surface kernel from StollD Device: Surface Go w/ standard Surface Pen

Whenever I reboot or log out, and I begin using the pen again, once it touches the screen it will give a notification that the "wireless keyboard" has "1% battery left".
