Surface Pro 6 Pen rotation

Just installed latest kernel on Ubuntu 18.04.03 LTS and the pen does not match the rotation of the screen. When the screen rotates to portrait, moving the pen up and down will move the cursor left and right on the screen. Pen functions fine when in landscape mode.

Happens to me too on Surface Pro 6 with Ubuntu 19.04 and the Wacom module installed.
