Ubuntu snapd support

The default configuration is not suited for running strictly confined snap packages on Ubuntu. The kernel is also missing some AppArmor patches that are required for the same.

  • Add AppArmor patches maintained at https://gitlab.com/apparmor/apparmor/tree/master/kernel-patches
  • Add Ubuntu-specific config file
  • Update README.md with text explaining to use config.ubuntu for Ubuntu systems.
