Feature Request: Hotkeys for setting up a timer

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The only way right now to start or stop the timer is to open the settings, navigate to a specific tab and start each timer from here.

Describe the solution you'd like There should be a way to start a timer easily using a remote. For example holding the next button, double tapping the pointer button etc...

Describe alternatives you've considered I've tried to map it on my own, but there is no command for it from the command line, nor any other way to trigger it.
