Editing messages counts as spam

Editing one message a few times quickly will trigger a spam warning. This should only be triggered when sending a new message multiple times.

Edited is intentionally checked, so that people cannot bypass filters by edited things into their messages.

That being said, I will double-check that for duplicate messages, it is correctly using the edited (new) content.
