It looks like it's trying to do a "user install" instead of a "guild install;" you may have set the wrong value on the Installation page on the developer site.
oh thats because i have to do this then i can save the settings
if i tick guild, its cannot save
In installation, make sure Guild Install is checked and user install isn't. Then under that there should be a drop-down menu, set that to none.

This worked for me thanks!
But that means that the bot is no longer private cause we can't check Guild Install with Public Bot unchecked
You can. You need to make sure your bot does not have an install link.
That's the point, No "Install Link', and check "Guild Install". Thanks!
go into voice channel > type !!play test > the bot try to play the music, but then it left the voice channel instantly.
