Fix URL in estilo.yml

Just a one character fix :)

I just realized these are all generated, so I updated estilo.yml and ran estilo from https://github.com/jacoborus/estilo . I updated colors/tender.vim by hand because there was some conditional logic that got lost in the regeneration. Hopefully that's what I was supposed to do.
