How can I get the polygon vertices position?

Let's say I have this plane:

And I want to get the coordinates of the vertices of the Worley polygons, in short, the coordinates of these points:

Maybe using the points with the darkest color would work? If it worked how can I make sure what vertices belong to what cell?
