videos too bright and too dark

when i recorder the videos have a Perfect quality, but come with so much bright :S

Have you tried different color matrix? BT.709 should be the one that always works, but ... yeah.

In FC4 video desc. you have "FPS with Fraps". Fraps can use a different codec now or you re-encoded it with OEVFW (in which case decoder might not be converting back to linear RGB properly and video gets converted to BT.709 twice)?
