Improvements for my dog site

I have recently created a dog site called https://sayhi.dog. It's developed with Laravel, Vue.js and Tailwindcss.

It's a community site for dog owners 🐶where information can be shared and found. Currently there are mainly dutch and belgium people on the platform. Maybe in the future I will expand the site.

I'm not a designer (I guess you can see that haha) I could use some feedback on site in general. What do you think about it? What stands out to you, and what would you change?
