Problem installing JPLib.dpk

I choose JPLib.dpk from Delphi_10.3_Rio directory and while openning it in Delphi I get an error message: Unable to load projectJPLib.dproj. Error reading JPLib.dproj. Fatal error - 1072896763 The name contain invalid character Line 16, column 76. Is tehere a way to fix this ?
