Override highlight on the left of chat messages

I've been searching for the particular highlight group that allows me to get rid of the left bar of the chat message: 10:24:04PM@Apr_17_2024 grim (The gray bar on the left of the chat)

Is there a way to do that? Or, did I simply overlook some documents?
