[Feature Request] Set Device Info in config file

Description: Actually bot get random device, os, firmware, etc. see -> https://github.com/devinsba/PokemonGoBot/commit/bb6b809fdb833c2b364db089b09e8655e77a12cc

Maybe could be interesting set always same values from config file. e.g. my mobile phone is an iphone 6s with ios 9.3.4, is better write this parameters on config file than randomize.
