I'd like to be able to make notes about a link. Sort of a private "blog," or more like a private comment that doesn't show up in the comment stream.

Are you thinking a full out reddit here or just as simple text field?

Perhaps I read an article and think of something that I'd like to jot down that might turn into a blog post on the subject.
