Split Tunnel doesn't work with JDownloader2

Describe your environment

• Device: Desktop-PC
• OS name and version: Windows 10 x64
• IVPN app version: Newest

Describe the problem

Although Jdownloader2.exe was added to the split tunnel list so that Jdownloader connects directly without VPN, no Internet connection is possible within JDownloader.

Steps to reproduce:

Add JDownloader2.exe to Split-Tunnel List and try to start JDownloader. No connection is possible.
