Holding the quick settings tile should open the app

Description

Currently holding the quick settings tile opens the Android settings page for IVPN instead of the ivpn app itself, which is much less useful

Describe the solution you'd like

It should open IVPN

Describe alternatives you've considered

Currently I have to hold the tile to open Android settings, and then click on "open app" in the settings
