Servers ping information not updated when disconnecting from the VPN

Description:

For whatever reason, if there is no ping information available while connected to the VPN and if the user disconnects, the app does not update the ping information immediately after disconnecting. It seems like the user needs to update the ping information manually by swiping down the list of servers or by relaunching the app.

Expected result:

The app should update the servers ping information every time it disconnects from the VPN.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install IVPN v2.8.3.
2. Login.
3. Enable airplane mode.
4. Close and relaunch the app
5. Disable airplane mode and quickly connect to any random server.
6. Observe that there is no ping information available.
7. Disconnect from the VPN.
8. Observe that the app does not update the servers ping information.
