Steps to reproduce the bug

1.After I turned combined notification on , a while later notification started showing only the app's name and nothing else .

Expected behavior

Should've showed both the speed and the amount of data used .

Actual behavior

Shows only the name off the app after some time.

I also face this bug. Android 13 One UI 5.1. Samsung M32 4gb ram. Maybe its common in samsung devices.

I have this issue. It goes to 0KB/s after a few hours and I have to toggle it for it to work again.
