Revisit docs organization and content

Should focus on answering and providing examples, as clear and soon as possible, for:

• How to make it work with DVC.
• How to make it work with {X} ML Framework.
• How to log scalars, images and plots.

Current Get Started focus too much on API overview, whereas most common use case would be to use an ML framework integration + DVC.
