URL as permalink

When the new time series chart is displayed, the current URL should be modified. The URL should represent a permalink with which you can share the page including the exact same chart. If such a URL is entered, the page with the chart should be displayed accordingly. The resulting URL should be compatible with the legacy time series chart, so that it is still possible to enter older URLs.
