Flatpak for Steam OS / Linux please

Hi there. I know you guys already have an app for Linux. But I don't think people would mind if you guys made a flatpak instead now that the Steam Deck consoles are rolling out and the only way to install apps is via Flatpak because they do not support system wide changes. And the fact that you can install flatpaks directly from the Discover store on your steam deck make it a more viable alternative.

We'll look into this at some point, but in the meantime it should be trivial to use itch-setup that is downloaded from here to run the app: https://itch.io/app It only does a user install, no root access needed.

@CHJ85 As issue #2793 points out https://github.com/gjpin/itch-flatpak has already been created.

A pubished version on flathub would be the next logical step.
