publiccode-editor Allow URL parameters

The editor should be able to accept a link to a publiccode as argument. This can be extremely useful to avoid confusion and errors when making modifications on an existing publiccode.yml @sebbalex we should think about how to properly handle the situation where a CORS violation happens.

I'm going to close this issue because it's related with a 1.x version of the editor. In v2, a user can import a publicode.yml given its URL.
