There is an issue with jitsi-bin - the structure of sources has been modified, ebuild is not compiling. See https://bugs.gentoo.org/323819 for details. There is a suggestion to use a following ebuild: https://github.com/pentoo/pentoo-overlay/blob/master/net-im/jitsi/jitsi-2.11.5633.ebuild
