I am unable to see ESP32 in the wiring diagram of the DIY bot. Can do steps mentioned in the ESP32 be implemented circuit digram send it or any diy esp32 pcb circuit

As of now ESP32 in the wiring diagram of DIY bot is not available, you can see here the issue in reference to you: #295
