Hi, so many cpper pythoner ask you please put open3d on vcpkg, why not do it ? it will benifit us ,like use pip install open3d, now we need open3d on vpckg.

and brew is also needed, compile open3d in windows and mac are so pain

Trying to bring Open3D with vcpkg for days now. Found some old port in some branch, but it all falls apart here or there. There is so much cool stuff out of reach for me because of the messy configuration.
