Unable to install open3d

I have also tried to install libomp as mentioned by @stockdam in https://github.com/isl-org/Open3D/discussions/6284#discussioncomment-7680194_, and by @cwreynolds in https://github.com/isl-org/Open3D/discussions/6032#discussioncomment-5433725; but that it also didn't help.

I also tried open3d-cpu and even older version, and nothing.

Does anyone have a solution or any hints on this issue? Cheers,
