How does this repo compare to other Poker AI

Thanks for great repo you created it works perfectly. My question is how does this compare to other AI repo such as https://github.com/fedden/poker_ai

Fedden one has a lot more starts. Is it smarter? I used random and fish player. Has anyone setup smarter players?
