Exception in NginxLexer

Unfortunately, I can't give you steps to reproduce an exception because I didn't experience it myself. It was sent to Intellij team via built-in exceptions reported.

Appeared in PhpStorm 173.2099

Looks to be the same as #58 which should be fixed in 0.1.4. But it looks like I've fudged the compatible builds on that release so I've release 0.1.5 that everyone should get and hopefully this error will disappear.
