Install and Tutorials pages broken

On the main readme page, when I click on installation (On Linux) or the Tutorials link, my browser opens to a page (https://isce-framework.github.io/isce3/install_linux.html) with humongous icons (the width of the entire page) a few small text and links. When I click on, for example, the "Installation" link (https://isce-framework.github.io/buildinstall/) I get a "Site not found" 404 error.
