some files lost on merge step in topsApp.py

i used topsApp.py to achive Dinsar. and i want to extract lat lon and h information. i readed https://github.com/isce-framework/isce2-docs/blob/master/Notebooks/UNAVCO_2020/TOPS/topsApp.ipynb. after merge step,there should produce the lat.rdr lon.rdr z.rdr, but i get only vrt and xml about them. and them seem like no valid ,because can't open by gis software. how should i do ,there is my xml and there are files i geted after topsApp.py thank you advance for any help

Hi, Have you managed to solve this problem yet? I stumbled upon the same problem.
