Water mask for stack purposes - SentinelStack

Open alevasca opened this issue 3 years ago • 2 comments

Hello everyone,

is it maybe possible to make use of a water mask before stacking the interferograms? The situation is that a minimal part of my AOI is on an island boundary. And precisely, this part is on the border of a swath and the rest is water. This means, I only need a tiny part of this swath without processing the water part (which costs a lot!). If the water mask before stacking is not possible, do you maybe have experience with this kind of data/processing/situation? Thanks a lot!

I have the same question

Now I've met the same situation, when using the topsStack.py, I have no idea about how to mask the parts with low coherence (such as water) before unwrapping, which might lead to a low precision for the unw result.
