Changing the Readme.md is helpful, but is there a way to change the conda configuration files to require the older version when people are setting up their environment? Not everybody is going to look a the Readme.

I went ahead and merged https://github.com/isce-framework/isce2/pull/424 and https://github.com/isce-framework/isce2/pull/534 for 3.10 support so I'm going to close this now.
