update snaphu source file to 2.0.4, and update function in contrib/Stack/unwrap.py to support unwrap in tiles

K I addressed all of the above comments and added in the "README" file from the original SNAPHU source. I also removed the "requirement" file, which seemed to be a development artifact and not related to the content of the PR.

FYI, in the future you can make changes to your own PR in order to address reviewer comments by committing changes to your local clone of the repository and pushing them to the base branch of the PR. The PR will be automatically updated when you push.
