The issue

When i view the page i have an error: This site does not support a secure connection. The kotelek.is-a.dev server uses an unsupported protocol. ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH I've setup everything in github pages but i can't check enforce HTTPS checkbox.
