Usage metrics for `Volume` poollet

Summary

Extend the Volume poollet metrics with a metric that the following information are available:

  • requested storage
  • requested IOPS
  • requested TPS

How should the metrics look like? How are they aggregated? Can the volumepoollet even reliably report this or is this maybe a property that should be retrieved via ori-volume?

In order to be prepared to support retrieval of metrics form the storage cluster itself, it would make sense to extend the ori-volume.
