The node_balance_t sheet is not copying the non-zero values for upward slack. Image

However, the non-zero values can be seen in the slack_upward_node_state_period_t.csv file. Image

this is will go away once the new result processing is ready. I would not spend time on this right now. But it probably tells that Toolbox still has importer/exporter issues with type detection.
