upDown objects deleted when purging the DB

upDown objects from the upDown class (two objects: up and down) are deleted when purging the DB from its items. It would be great to find a way to "protect them" so they are never deleted.

Right, this needs to be done in the Spine Toolbox side. I commented on that in https://github.com/Spine-project/Spine-Toolbox/issues/1905. I will keep this issue, so that I'll remember to implement here once Toolbox gets that.
