Improvement on user support for new users
Based on the Pretoria training workshop some proposed changes to user support

[x] Basic time settings (2 day dispatch, full year dispatch, 5 week invest) should be offered as ready sqlite. Instruct the user to start building the tutorial using this database.

[x] Create a "how to" on basic temporal settings (move from tutorial). Can use this image:

[x] Reserves could be dropped out of the tutorial and moved to "how to" section. They are not relevant for most developing countries that struggle mostly with electricity access and load shedding

[x] Start discussion forum on github page. Decide who follows discussion.

[ ] Add chat on gitter and create groups to discuss installation, tutorial and other Q&A. Decide who follows chat.

[x] Set up monthly meeting with 15 min presentation and 45 min Q&A. Decide who is in charge of presenting / finding presenter.

- [x] Add a section to documentation Monthly early user support calls. (Could be under Introduction section as it's own subsection?)
The time for the open online Teams meeting is every last Monday of month at 12-13 UTC. (Notice that time is according to UTC and in places where day-light saving time is applied, the time of the meeting may change between winter/summer) Each 1 h session starts with a ~15 min presentation on simple IRENA FlexTool demos or tutorials, followed by 45 min Q&A session

(Or better to provide the content directly in github and not as a link to my personal Drive). There you can also find the "basic time settings" database that can be used for this issue's first checkbox.
Couple of additions to tutorial improvements
- [ ] Start the tutorial by providing a small outlook on Spine Toolbox (what it is, why is it used like this here).
- [ ] Add an image to the beginning of the tutorial showing the structure of the tutorial once completed. Ideally conceptual + in FlexTool.
